Patrick Talbot, MS. Founder of Celebrate Life Retreats.
As a Corporate Trainer, Kayak Instructor, Ropes Course facilitator and Wilderness Guide, since 1989, Pat brings in his love and enthusiasm to enliven participants and lift them to new levels of success. Pat is a pioneer in creating transformational seminars, as he introduces Nature as “the Teacher” and Soulful journeys as “the Lesson”. A master of integrating experiential activities with counseling, Pat will enhance individuals’ physical and emotional potential. His programs engage clients with the oneness of all life through wilderness experiences that challenge automatic thoughts and behavior patterns, while bringing about personal awakenings and aha moments. Pat’s love of Ceremony and native wisdom, deepens his commitment and use of Council, or dialogue circles in drawing forward participant’s Heart felt expressions.
Oceanna, LMT, Co-founder of Celebrate Life Retreats and
Group Facilitator from 1990 to present. As an Artist and intense philosopher and life inquirer, Oceanna brings Integrative Awakening and Behavioral Psychology, improv theater, compassionate communications, sound journeys, meditation and ceremony, Hawaiian wisdom and Temple style Lomilomi Bodywork into her offerings. Oceanna is currently on staff as massage therapist for Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara CA. Her facilitation as Woman’s Circle Initiator and teacher of archetype and symbol, as well as her in depth experience in Kriya meditation and intentional community of 20 yrs, brings a rich vocabulary to Oceanna’s work. Her passion is in deepening the experience of self realization/knowing human as spirit, and activating this connection through the art of daily life.

James Linwood Paul, James Linwood Paul is driven by an evident passion. As an Internationally Certified Integral Life Coach for 8 years, a body-worker, and experience based educator since 1986, he lead highly interactive indoor and outdoor experience based executive team coaching and leadership assessment programs. His training and professional development sessions require on the spot inventiveness and ingenuity and honor all levels of physical ability.
Linwood is humble and empathetic whilst ranked among the most potent in the world at transferring training activities to real “work-life” conditions in a remarkably short time frame. He masterfully pinpoints and illuminates details as they relate to what is specifically working or not working for an individual or an entire executive team. Since 1986, this precision has saved clients, valued time and precious financial resource as they seek to successfully develop specific competencies in the people they have invested in, to lead.
Linwood has recently returned to the United States, after spending four months in the United Arab Emirates, serving as a Leadership Assessor of the 450 leaders of the Abu Dhabi Department of Civil Service.
Maya Shaw Gale, M.A.
For the past 34 years Maya has been passionately immersed in the field of body/mind/spirit wellness as a transformational coach, therapist, group leader and trainer/consultant to educators and health professionals.
She brings a wealth of experience and wisdom from her background in the Expressive Arts Therapies, Authentic Movement, Somatic Psychotherapy and nature-based indigenous healing practices ( including council circle, vision quest and medicine wheel). She has a special gift for creating a sacred container within which clients feel safe and empowered to move beyond limiting core beliefs into more fully embodying their authentic Self. She is currently a certified trainer of Hakomi Experiential Psychotherapy and Circle of Life Coaching and has led workshops, retreats and trainings across the U.S., New Zealand and Australia since 1975.
